Purchase Terms

The Neighbourhood ISP requires a 50% payment with the order and 50% after inspection/prior to shipment. All other (larger) packages are sold on the following terms:

With order Start of Production Prior to Ship Upon Delivery
Canada or USA 10% 40% 25% 25%
Africa 10% 40% 40% 10%

All payments from outside Canada are to be in US Dollars by bank wire transfer.

The first payment is submitted with your order. The second payment is due by the day scheduled for start of production. The third payment must be received at least 20 days prior to scheduled shipment. The final payment is due once everything is installed and running properly.
