Metropolitan servers are built with the best of everything we can find. The most stable state-of-the-art components. No corners cut. Everything the best.

Metropolitan networks feature total redundancy. This provides a secure foundation for a large Internet service providing narrowband and broadband access.

The on-site installation team will spend a month or more on-site. Initial training is provided during the final stages of production; training is later completed on-site after the equipment is installed.

For areas of the world we do not provide on-site installation, or at the customer's option to eliminate the cost of an on-site team, installation training and operation training are available in Victoria, BC. Send your people here about a month before the system ships and they will be shown how to install and operate it.

All servers share common components, providing parts interchangability and allowing one set of spares to cover all the servers.

Engineering time to design and spec your network requires anywhere from 6 to 18 months, depending on the amount of design you have already done before contacting us. Production is completed in approximately 120 days. Therefore, a Metropolitan package on the whole, from engineering through installation, is completed in one to two years.
