Philosophy / Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide turn-key communications networks for start-up Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

As a Christian organisation, it is very important to us that the reputation of Christ and His family not be harmed due to shoddy work on our part.

Thus, our networks are complete in every possible detail. Our software and documentation are always improving, yet they must always give each customer clear and complete instructions on how to operate their ISP network.

"and all, whatever ye may do — out of soul work — as to the Lord, and not to men, having known that from the Lord ye shall receive the recompense of the inheritance — for the Lord Christ ye serve;" (Col iii:23-24 YLT)

We build servers out of the kind of parts we would use to build the best for ourselves. Saving a few dollars here and there is a temptation to any manufacturing business. We acknowledge this and continually remind ourselves that we are building each network package for someone who will be like a friend to us for at least the three years of our warranty and support period, so it had better be good!

We do not believe in charging what the market will bear. We charge what we need to make on the hardware and software to give our customers an honest deal and give ourselves what we need as a business to survive.

It is part of our mission to help make our ISP clients successful in every way we can. So we take care to provide each person with everything they need to realise their business goals, and we go out of our way when necessary, possible, and feasible to provide help in unforeseen situations.

Who we are: ISP Ltd. is a micro-manufacturing and consulting company, a family business started in 1986 and in continuous operation under the same management ever since. A history of the company and its president are on other pages found in the menu on the left.
